REFUND POLICY

If you need to cancel your registration for a course, please send an email to contact@cypressresilience.org and include the course date, title and name you would have registered under. Our team will confirm receipt and refunded fee based on the refund outline below.  

MHFA Certification Course Refund Policy: 

• Full refund for registration cancellation requests received no later than 10 business days before the scheduled training date.
• 50% refund for registration cancellation requests received 5-9 business days before the scheduled training date.
• No refund for registration cancellation requests received 4 business days or less before the scheduled training date.

QPR Certification Course and Other Workshop Refund Policy: 

• Full refund for registration cancellation requests received no later than 5 business days before the scheduled training date.
• No refund for registration cancellation requests received 4 business days or less before the scheduled training date.

Course Cancellation

In the event that a class must be canceled, attendees will be provided with the option of transfer to another class (if available) or a full refund.
